Crystal Holberton has been in the cleaning industry for 25 years. She cleaned homes while putting herself through university, where she got her Master's in Counseling Psychology.
After completing her degree, she was too restless to sit in a chair all day and knew she preferred instant gratification with cleaning.
She wanted to build a company for cleaners that treated and paid them well and allowed them to make a good living doing what they loved. This has created a culture of no turnover! When the cleaners are happy, they tend to do their job at a higher level.
Crystal created a safe product line for homes, families, and pets. Being a leader in animal rescue is her passion, so her products need to reflect that. Crystal Holberton is on the board of www.Muttstuck.ca Charity, making a real difference in the feral animal population. She would love to see you at one of Muttstock's events. Crystal also works closely with Goodwill Industries to help create jobs and culture for those with disabilities since Crystal is a disabled business owner. Passion, empathy, and trust are the values that drive Crystal to create a difference in the cleaning industry and our community.
